My name is Megan, and I am a 20 year old from North Dakota. I am a web design major and Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad.

I have always been an animal lover and have helped my mom and aunt rescue over 50 animals, some of which you can find under the 'My Pets' section. I recently became passionate about stopping puppy mills after I heard about them on the shows 'Dog Town' and 'It's Me or the Dog.'

I've always wanted a St. Bernard, and while in college I decided that my first paycheck I get from doing a web site would go to purchase him. I have since changed my mind.

I will get a St. Bernard one day, but he WILL be adopted because if I buy my St. Bernard, my puppy will more than likely come from a puppy mill, and that would kill me to know that my St. Bernard's mom is an abused dog at the mill.

I will be going back to college in 2009 to be a Pet Obedience Trainer. I am also waiting to hear back from a volunteer position at the Central Dakota Humane Society as a Critter Companion and Kennel Assistant. And hopefully, because of my involvement, if I start there, I will be able to assist in the rescue of cats and dogs.
