There are a few simple rules before you join the hatelisting for puppy mills. Please make sure you read them all, as they are important to your sucess in joining.
1) You must be serious about stopping puppy mills, meaning no pro-puppy mill people or fans of animal cruelty, etc. By joining, you make it your personal pledge to educate others on the awareness of puppy mills and why it is better to adopt than to buy from a pet store.
2) You MUST fill in your name and country. Please make sure that you use your real name or a nickname. If you put 'laura001' or 'laura_iz_cool', it will be shortened to 'laura.'
3) You MUST provide a valid e-mail. I'll be validating your e-mail before adding you. If you're concerned about spam (not the canned meat, hehe) I assure you that you won't receive spam. I only want your e-mail to notify you of changes to the site. You also have the option of not displaying your e-mail. I still need you to send it to me, but it will only be viewable to me.
4) If you have a web site, you MUST link back to my site. It can be a text link or by getting a code. Please link back to http://stoppuppymills.winter-rain.com/ Also, in the comment section, please tell me where you put my code so I can see it.
5) Any sites that I find offensive (porn, racist, etc) will NOT be listed, as well as myspace, facebook, and any sites I have to have an account to view. It becomes too much of a struggle. I will still list your name and e-mail, but not your url.
